In order to create organizational transformation, the leaders of the organization must commit to their personal development and personal transformation. This symbiotic relationship – the inability to see progress in one without the other – begs for the dedication to our most valuable resource, our people, as we work to shift or accelerate organizational change. 

And that is where our work begins. Kadima partners with top leadership who are committed to influencing their culture in a way that will empower their people, optimize their time, and ultimately drive the bottom line. 

Our passion is developing and implementing sustainable change by integrating frameworks, tools, and expectations into the organization. We recognize behavioral change, and therefore cultural transformation, requires time and we are committed to building the long-term relationships we know enhance that shift.

Hi, I am Danielle Kennedy, the CEO of Kadima Leadership. My personal purpose is to inspire leaders to make intentional choices. I seek out leaders who are passionate about people, dedicated to self-development, and willing to challenge their own assumptions. 

My journey started with my father’s insight into the impact my strengths could have on our world. As a freshman in college, he recommended I connect with the Organizational Development Team at ING DIRECT. My experience highlighted the value of personal leadership and the exponential impact it has on them, their team, and the organization. I shifted my education to focus on expanding leadership capacity and have been gaining valuable experiences leading me to open the doors to my own leadership development consulting firm.
